Selection of Candidates:
An up-to -date data bank is maintained by us with due information on workers as professional, skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled labourers. If the requirement is in large number, we need to publish an advertisement in the largely circulated National Newspapers. Applications thus received or collected are scrutinized by our selection committee. Short listed applications are sent to the employer if so advised or are kept ready for final interview. Final selection usually done by the Employer's selection team.
Medical Check-up:
Only the selected candidates are to be sent to an authorized hospital or clinic for a complete medical examination. The candidate, after getting the check up report, having recognized for their physical fitness will be eligible to sign the employment contract.
Orientation:
We take care of introducing your company's employment package and benefits, rules and regulation, your country's culture, customs and traditions, do's and don'ts of relevant laws to the departing candidates.
Recruitment Deadlines:
After receiving all necessary documents including visa copies, the candidates would be deployed within 15-20 days.
Guarantee:
Meridian Associates (P.) Ltd. is responsible to deploy workers in time except uncontrollable situation like unavailability of Air Ticket or some other reasons.

b) As if the workers selected by Meridian Associates (P.) Ltd. found technically unfit by the employer.
